In February 1997, Veronica started working at DHSV in the School Dental Department, looking after kids transported to RDHM for their dental appointments. A few months later, she took on a clerical role in the Specialist Department before she began handling referrals for the Oral Surgery and Day Surgery Units in 1999.

In 2004, Veronica found her niche in the Finance Department where she works to date as the Accounts Receivable Officer, monitoring the DHSV bank accounts and urging our debtors to pay their bills on time. It’s a role she thoroughly enjoys because she says with a laugh, “Finance is what I do best – I count!”
